SCHEDULING & BOOKING YOUR PHOTO SHOOT SESSION

STEP 1.  CONSULTATION

Booking your photo session starts with a brief consultation with your photographer, Dell.  You can send an email ([email protected]) 7 days a week.  Let us know what type of photo shoot experience you are looking for or ask Dell to suggest a shoot based around you.

STEP 2. SCHEDULING YOUR DATE & TIME

Sessions are Booked 7 days a week, mornings to late afternoons; Sessions are  booked in 120 min(2Hrs)time span.  This allows us to give each client our full attention doing their shoot.  Bookings are usually done 2-6 weeks out.  During busy times, bookings can be up to 8 weeks out. Weekends book up the quickest (Sundays Additional Fees) and week days are most flexible

All photo shoot scheduling is done directly with Dell

STEP 3. BOOKING & PAYING FOR YOUR SESSION

Your Date & Time are ‘tentatively’ reserved until the Booking or session fee has been Paid for.  Once your session fee has been paid, your photo shoot is considered ‘Confirmed & Booked’ – the date and time of your shoot is fully committed to you.    Photo shoot bookings are scheduled on a First paid/First booked scenario.  Sessions are non-refundable but may be rescheduled once.

Note:  If you wish to have and on-site hair and make up artist create you looks for your shoot, their services must be paid for at this time as well.  Session dates are not held until your booking as been paid.
